CQ777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CQ777 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They apply to all aspects of your use of the CQ777 website, mobile application and any services provided through those channels.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus or using the live casino, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact our support team before proceeding.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and CQ777. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

02Eligibility & Age Requirements

CQ777 is strictly an adult platform. You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to use the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an active exclusion in place.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended CQ777 account.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of another person.

Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on CQ777. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and payment information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must notify CQ777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• CQ777 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
• Accounts used by persons other than the registered account holder will be suspended.

CQ777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage. Failure to cooperate with verification requests will result in account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawals.

04Deposits & Payments

CQ777 operates a PKR cashier to make deposits straightforward for players in Pakistan. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and approved mobile wallets. No currency conversion is applied — deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees.

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where a payment method belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within one to two minutes.
• CQ777 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• CQ777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large or unusual deposits.

05Withdrawals

CQ777 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked account or bank account depending on your selected method.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not been verified, your withdrawal will be held until verification is completed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier at the time of request.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days depending on the payment method. VIP players at higher tiers benefit from faster processing times.
• CQ777 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals that are unusually large or that follow atypical account activity.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawals made to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional verification.

06Bonuses & Promotions

CQ777 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is any conflict.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and met any eligibility criteria stated for the specific offer.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts or referring to a bonus under different identities will be treated as abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• CQ777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, or to void a bonus and any associated winnings if abuse or misuse is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash value outside of the stated withdrawal pathway.
• In the event of a dispute about a bonus outcome, CQ777's decision is final following review.

Players who are found to have created accounts solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses, or who have coordinated with other players to exploit promotions, will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited.

07Sports Betting Rules

The CQ777 sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — alongside football, Esports and other major sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on CQ777.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds updates. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet reference number.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned or cancelled, standard void rules apply unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Void bets are returned to your account balance as stake. They do not count towards wagering requirements.
• CQ777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placing, or where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market. Attempts to circumvent bet limits using multiple accounts will result in account suspension.
• Cricket match markets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. In case of a DLS-adjusted result, the official DLS result governs settlement.
• Errors in odds — whether caused by technical issues, data feed errors or human input — do not create a valid bet. CQ777 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds.

08Casino & Games

All casino games on CQ777 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and table games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer formats provided by third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of CQ777.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. CQ777 will not be held liable for winnings on rounds that did not complete due to a technical fault.
• Progressive jackpots are governed by the individual game supplier's jackpot rules. CQ777 displays jackpot values as provided by the supplier and cannot guarantee jackpot accuracy to the second.
• Live casino tables may have minimum and maximum bet limits that differ from standard casino games. These limits are displayed at each table before you sit down.
• Attempting to use software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to play casino games is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

09VIP Programme

CQ777 operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progress is calculated automatically based on qualifying real-money wager volume. Promotional play and void bets do not count towards VIP progress.

• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority and dedicated support — are determined by your current active tier at the time the benefit is applied.
• Weekly cashback is credited automatically without a claiming process. Cashback is credited as real money and does not carry its own wagering requirement unless stated in a specific cashback promotion.
• CQ777 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits or the programme structure with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP tiers may be reviewed periodically. If qualifying wager volume falls below the maintenance threshold for your current tier, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review cycle.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.

10Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) can be set in your account settings and take effect immediately when reducing a limit.

11Account Suspension & Closure

CQ777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account is being used by more than one individual.
• Multiple accounts have been opened by the same individual.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal use.
• Bonus abuse or promotion exploitation has occurred.
• Automated tools, bots or scripts have been used to interact with games or the sportsbook.
• The player has been identified as being under 18 years of age.

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, CQ777 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the CQ777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of CQ777 or its licensed content suppliers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any CQ777 content without prior written consent.
• The CQ777 name, logo and brand marks may not be used in any context outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.
• Game content displayed on CQ777 is provided under licence from third-party game suppliers and is subject to those suppliers' intellectual property rights.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CQ777 and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from your reliance on game outcomes, sports results or odds information.
• Losses caused by technical interruptions, platform downtime or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable security precautions.
• Errors in odds or game results that are outside CQ777's direct control.

CQ777's total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

14Changes to These Terms

CQ777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
